Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to inventory intelligence engagements booked with Pulsematrixhub Co., Ltd., including warehouse assessments, stock movement mapping, cycle count coaching, and monthly reviews.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when you cancel within the timeframes below before work begins.
Timeframes
- Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel at least 14 days before the first scheduled on-site day.
- 50% refund if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first on-site day.
- No refund for cancellations within 6 days of the first on-site day, except where Thai law requires otherwise.
Deposits
Assessment and mapping deposits secure analyst calendars. Deposits follow the same cancellation schedule as fees paid in full.
Work already started
Once on-site observation or report drafting has begun, fees for completed days are non-refundable. Unused future days may be rescheduled once within 60 days subject to availability.
Monthly retainers
Retainer months already started are non-refundable. You may cancel future months with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
No-shows and access failures
If our team arrives as scheduled and site access is denied without prior notice, that day is charged as delivered.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the visit. Later reschedules may incur a 10% administrative fee.
Purchased materials
Printed count sheets or site-specific materials prepared for your visit are non-refundable once produced.
Refund process and method
Email hello@pulsematrixhub.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
