Pulsematrixhub Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name behind this practice. Established in 2016 in Bangkok, we grew from stocktaking support work into structured warehouse assessments for managers who need clearer inventory intelligence.
Origin
In 2016 a small team in Phra Khanong began helping retail DCs clean up after chaotic annual stocktakes. Warehouse managers kept asking for the same thing between counts: someone who would walk the aisles, read the ledger against the bins, and explain the gaps without selling a new system.
That request became our core. Today Pulsematrixhub focuses on inventory intelligence for warehouse managers—assessments, movement mapping, count coaching, and monthly reviews—delivered from our office on Sukhumvit Soi 81.
How we work
We observe receiving, putaway, pick faces, and reserve racking before we draw conclusions. Charts and findings briefs come after the floor work, never instead of it. Your warehouse manager remains the decision-maker; we supply the outside read.

Community
Most of our work sits inside the Bangkok metropolitan area, with travel arranged for sites further afield. We stay close to the managers who live with the ledger every day—not to procurement decks written far from the racking.
